Wood-fired Southern cooking, done slow.
A neighborhood kitchen built around an open hearth, local farms, and the kind of hospitality that keeps you at the table an extra hour.
“Everything that leaves this kitchen has touched the fire first.” — Chef [Name], Founder
A kitchen rooted in place.
Hollow Pine started with a simple idea: cook the food we grew up on, over real wood, with ingredients from farmers we know by name.
Our 12-foot hearth sets the rhythm of the room. Smoked meats, charred vegetables, and cast-iron cornbread come straight from the flames to your table — served family-style, meant to be shared.
